We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and there was a convenient lift for our luggage. The location was great, with the Duomo and train station within walking distance, and a bus stop nearby. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets close by. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right in the center of everything. You can easily walk to all the main sights, and it's just a short distance from the central train station. It's the best area to stay in Florence.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It is within walking distance of all the major attractions and landmarks in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering great assistance and recommendations.
The plumbing in the hotel needs some updating or upgrading. We experienced issues with the water pressure in the shower, making it difficult to rinse off properly.

Guests can easily explore the city and enjoy the sites without the need for transportation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated in a modern and appealing style. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in a hygge-inspired environment.
The check-in process could be improved as it was not very clear and the use of the app for entry was difficult for larger groups. the communal area used for storing luggage lacked proper security measures.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and of a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and the cathedral. We were also impressed with the hotel facilities, particularly the heating and air conditioning, which kept the room at a pleasant temperature.
